Annie was raised in High Point, NC, the furniture capital of the world. This ever constant influence, combined with a multi-generational love of a strong-individualized aesthetic, instilled a life-long appreciation for a well-made piece of furniture and a well-designed room. In addition, growing up in a single-parent home where the day-to-day needs were often a struggle, was an education in thrifty-and-resourcefulness. The result is someone with a keen eye able to achieve a refined look on very little, no matter the style or budget! The only thing Annie may love more than making design accessible to everyone, is traveling. She's been to 12 countries on three continents and nearly all 50 states, all the while absorbing the culture and design-techniques, incorporating them into her work.

 

She's lived in six states and has settled in Eastern Iowa before ever setting foot in the state! The mix of old and new architecture in Dubuque is a designer's paradise and Annie is thrilled to offer services in this eclectic city and surrounding areas.
